Aaron Hall
Attorney
Business Law & Litigation
For nearly two decades, Aaron has represented the owners and leaders of established, growing Minnesota companies. Businesses that have outgrown do-it-yourself legal work, but do not need full-time in-house counsel, hire him for employment, intellectual property, litigation, contracts, and the everyday questions of running a company.
How Aaron Works
Aaron solves legal problems with a lawyer’s judgment and a business owner’s instinct for what is really at stake. He studied marketing before he studied law and has built and run businesses of his own, so he looks at a contract, a dispute, or an employee firing as more than a legal question. He looks at what it means for the business: the deals his clients are trying to close, the people they are trying to keep, and the growth they are trying to protect.
He also believes the law should make business owners more confident, not more dependent on their lawyer. Instead of keeping clients in the dark so they keep coming back, Aaron walks them through the why behind his advice, so they understand their options and can make the call themselves. It is the same reason he puts so much free legal education on YouTube, where business owners can learn how the problems they run into actually work and prevent them.
This is not the right fit for everyone, and Aaron keeps his practice small on purpose. He takes on a limited number of business owners where he knows he can genuinely help, which means they work with him directly instead of getting handed off to a junior associate.
